1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 Hrs of placing it by contacting us at @samuissavedgmail.com. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged upon arrival, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 Days of receipt.
- Refunds for digital products or services are non-refundable unless there was a technical issue that prevented access.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.
